Welcome to The King's ChurchWe are no ordinary Church! We are a group of Christians from all walks of life, different ages, different cultures but we have one thing in common - we think God is great! We believe in a living God who we can get to know personally, a best friend who listens to us, talks to us and answers our prayers. We want to share the good news of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible. We believe that as we live the message of Jesus it is a powerful means of releasing God's Kingdom in our families and local communities, bringing about change for good. We aim to be a church where everyone feels at home and everyone has a part to play. Our meetings are lively and informal and our foundations are based in our relationship with God, with each other and our community. The church operates principally in and around the Thornton and Maghull areas of North Merseyside England. We are a member of the Evangelical Alliance, Together For the Harvest (TFH) and other local inter-denominational church groupings. We are also a Registered Charity. We aim not to be an ordinary church but to be an exciting, growing, changing, praying, evangelising, caring, discipling, praising community!
